I only had a week in Nepal and wasn’t sure if I could get a real Himalayan experience in that time. But Majestic Trails Nepal made it happen! The Ghorepani Poon Hill trek was the perfect balance of challenge and beauty. Every day brought new scenery — rhododendron forests, mountain villages, and finally that epic Poon Hill sunrise. Our guide, Ramesh, was kind and always one step ahead, ensuring we were comfortable. It didn’t feel like a commercial tour — it felt like a local friend showing us his backyard. I’m so happy I chose this company!

A Perfect Short Trek for First-Time Hikers

As someone who had never trekked in the Himalayas before, I was a little nervous. But Majestic Trails Nepal made everything seamless! Our guide Rupesh was patient, knowledgeable, and funny — always checking in on us and sharing stories of the region. The sunrise at Poon Hill honestly brought tears to my eyes — layers of mountains glowing gold with the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges in full view. The teahouses were cozy, food was warm, and the pace was just right. Thank you for making my first trek so special. I’ll be back for Annapurna Base Camp next!

Two Couples, One Dream Trek – Made Perfect by Majestic Trails!

Our dream of trekking together finally happened. Kiran was very experienced and friendly. We wanted to add a rest day at Lama Hotel due to leg cramps, and they arranged it instantly. Our porters Rajan and Dawa were legends — strong and always cheerful. Prabin, the owner, even gifted us local tea after the trek. Everything felt very personal, not commercial. Highly recommend!

Celebrating a Birthday in the Himalayas – A Surprise to Remember!

We celebrated Mia’s birthday during the trek — and Bishal somehow arranged a mini cake at the teahouse! The Langtang trail was quieter than expected and so scenic. When Steve struggled with breathing one day, Bishal adjusted our plan without hesitation. The porters — Deepak and buddha— were absolute stars. The owner’s personal welcome and goodbye added a personal touch you just don’t get elsewhere.

Trek Solo, Never Alone – What an Experience!

I joined a small group through Majestic Trails and had the time of my life. Dipesh was energetic and fun, always cracking jokes but very serious about safety. My porter Krishna carried extra snacks for me. I never felt like I was solo. And yes, the owner met us both before and after — even shared tea with us in Thamel. I’m planning to return next spring for the Annapurna Circuit, and I know who I’m booking with!
