Booking Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Majestic Trails Nepal. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking any tour or trekking package with us. By confirming a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Booking and Payment

• A minimum 20% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
• The remaining balance can be paid upon your arrival in Kathmandu or before the trek starts.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, online payment, or in cash.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation 30+ days before the trip: 100% refund (excluding transaction fees).
• Cancellation 15–29 days before the trip: 50% refund.
• Cancellation less than 15 days before the trip: No refund.
• In case of trip cancellation by us due to unforeseen events, a full refund will be issued.

3. Travel Insurance

• Travel insurance is mandatory for all trekking activities.
• It must cover emergency evacuation, medical treatment, and trip cancellation.

4. Changes to Itinerary

• Itineraries may be adjusted due to weather, trail conditions, health issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Majestic Trails Nepal reserves the right to make necessary changes for your safety and comfort.

5. Health and Fitness

• All clients are expected to be in good health and physically fit for the activities they have booked.
• It is your responsibility to inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions.

6. Our Responsibility

• We ensure professional guides, safe routes, clean accommodations, and quality service.
• We are not liable for delays, accidents, natural disasters, or loss/damage of personal belongings during the trip.

7. Client Responsibility

• Follow the instructions of guides and porters at all times.
• Respect local cultures, customs, and natural environments.
• Obtain all necessary travel documents, including visas and permits.
